Justifiable Usage

You must be careful while using this website’s data. Data here must not be misused for activities that have illegal, harmful, unlawful, or fraudulent objectives. Avoid using the database for malpractices like copying, pasting, storing, duplicating, transmitting, publishing, sharing, extracting, or hosting data that includes malware, viruses, trojans, spyware, keystroke loggers, or other malicious software.

Account Safety

You are responsible for safeguarding your account. Only you have access to your account unless you share your credentials (username, password, OTP, etc.) with others. Family Tree team never demands such confidential details. Be cautious while handling this information.

User Content

User content includes all the demographic and personal information you provide. By uploading, you agree to share this data with us willingly. If you do not wish to share something, do not upload it to your profile.

Unique User Account

Each profile on Family Tree must be unique. Verification is done through a government-issued Voter ID. Both minors and adults can create accounts, but duplicates are not allowed.

Matchmaking

Family Tree also provides a matchmaking feature. You can choose to show or hide your profile. Minors are excluded from this feature by default.

Your Duties for Your Content

You have full control over your content. You can edit, delete, or manage it via profile settings. We may use general feedback for platform improvement. Public content can be used by others and will not be removed by Family Tree unless necessary. Content is subject to review to ensure it doesn't promote illegal activity.

Membership Plan

A one-time fee is required for full membership. Free members can access up to 5 profiles. More benefits are available upon subscription. Renewal is necessary once your plan expires to continue using full features.

Notification of Request

When you send a matchmaking request, the user’s first-blood relatives will be notified. For example, if a son gets a request, his parents and siblings are informed automatically.

Job Search

Job seekers and employers can connect via the profile information provided. Family Tree acts as a medium but does not guarantee job placement. Contact is allowed only with user permission.

Chatroom Announcement

Chatrooms allow real-time messaging. Group chat announcements are available to share the same message with multiple people. You control all chatroom settings.

Payment Non-Refundable

All membership fees are non-refundable. If dissatisfied, users cannot claim a refund. Services are available only for the paid period.

Suspension or Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts for reasons including:

• Illegal activities
• Obscene or unacceptable content
• False or misleading information
• Creation of fake accounts
• Harassment or threats to others
• Violation of website terms

You will be notified with a reason before termination. No refunds are provided in such cases.
